Zeno 360° previews automated casemaker

Throughout the first quarter of 2026, printing and binding equipment innovator Zeno 360° AG has been exhibiting at global events, demonstrating its total solutions for the book binding industry.

More importantly, the company’s executives announced Zeno 360° CASEMAKER IND420-XXX, an automated hardcover casemaker machine, is being field-tested. Designed to work seamlessly with the Zeno 360° CASING-IN system, this equipment offers new hotmelt technology, low maintenance, and easy operation, with digital controls that are so intuitive that a skilled technician is not required.

The Zeno 360° CASEMAKER IND420-XXX will be released this summer; It will join a family of proven products gaining popularity in the market:

Layflat IND530-2000 RF is a high-speed, fully automatic book block system that produces layflat book blocks from single sheets. It can create promotional books not only by gluing paper back to back, but also by inserting cardboard between the sheets. It is an all-in-one station, offering creasing, folding, and an inline automatic book press. The system is ideal for professional promotional books.

Casing-In IND410-420 is a fully automatic casing-in machine. The hard cover and book block are automatically fed into the machine. The machine sprays the hotmelt and assembles the cover on the bookblock in the center position. The compact machine, which includes a heat and joint-forming station,  can produce up to 7 books per minute.

The  IND350-200 is an optional in-line softcover finishing attachment that automates the creation of books and brochures with softcovers. With flexible capabilities, it can produce both book blocks and softcovers effortlessly. The machine can be used offline and with any of Zeno 360’s layflat models.
